The Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia Ana Brnabić and Niš City Mayor Dragana Sotirovski visited the Skull Tower Monument and on that occasion the Prime Minister got acquainted with the state of that unique testimony in the world of the suffering of the Serbian people for the liberation of Serbia from Turkish slavery in the First Serbian Uprising. Ana Brnabić wrote in the book of impressions: „This monument is a strong symbol of the suffering of our ancestors who laid down their lives for the freedom and independence of our Serbia.  Let us never forget their courage and let us never forget how much our freedom is worth. May they have eternal glory and our eternal gratitude. Prime Minister of Serbia and the Mayor of Niš discussed the future location of Niš National Museum together with the member of Niš City Council for Culture Adriana Anastasov and the acting director of Niš National Museum Vesna Crnoglavac. Visit to Skull Tower Monument ended the two-day visit of the Prime Minister of Serbia to Niš and she continued her tour in Gadžin Han and Svrljig.
