City Mayor Dragana Sotirovski and the representatives of Lidl Company officially opened the doors of the second modern discount store of that company in Blagoja Parovića Street. We opened another Lidl store in Niš together with the company’s representatives. I thanked the company Lidl, which recognized Niš as a city where it could invest, and we would continue talks on opening new facilities, said Mayor Sotirovski. This store completes the content in Bulevar Nemanjića Street and in this part of the city. The products from domestic manufacturers can be found on the shelves of the Lidl Store which made me especially happy.

Every new job means a lot to us and 20 young people who will work in this store and they can plan their future in their city, Niš City Mayor pointed out. Lidl donated 40 new parking spaces to the city as part of the construction of the facility. According to the Mayor the next investment of the city will be in the neighboring park and expanding all those terrains in this part all the way to the river banks. The new facility has an area of 1,400 square meters. There are products of domestic producers of excellent quality and proven standard with specific tastes of Serbia among 1,800 different products offered in Lidl Store, said the representatives of Lidl.
