Novak Djoković Foundation together with Jelena Djoković, which was welcomed in front of the City Hall by Mayor Dragana Sotirovski and her associates, distributed New Year’s gifts to children from multi-member socially disadvantaged families, surprising them with the arrival of Santa Claus. This wonderful gesture is the announcement of the official cooperation between the City of Niš and Novak Djokovic Foundation. The foundation will reconstruct the local community center in Božidara Adžije Street and turn it into a kindergarten and a children’s oasis. The foundation agreed to equip the newly built kindergarten in Brzi Brod. I hope that this is just the beginning of the cooperation that will continue in the coming years, said the Mayor. We want to make children happy, so that they could learn love and gratitude, which they would spread in adulthood to everyone else, said Jelena Djokovic. We have a gift-giving season and we have invited many who follow Novak to join us in equipping the kindergarten in Niš, Jelena told reporters.
