Public discussion on the Draft Decision on the Budget of the City of Niš for 2022, in which all interested citizens and representatives of organizations and associations participated, was held in the City Hall. The participants in the discussion pointed out that this was a step forward in introducing citizens with the most important document of the City of Niš. Niš City Mayor and her team carefully listened to all the proposals, suggestions and remarks of the citizens which will be taken into consideration and they also answered the questions of the participants in the discussion.

The citizens were presented with the planned capital projects, including the aqua park in Niška Banja, the largest city investment in 2022. The budget for next year is projected at 11.8 billion dinars. Higher revenues from payroll taxes and property taxes are expected next year. By the end of this year the realization of the budget in the amount of 10.4 billion dinars is expected. The city earned 1.2 billion dinars more this year compared to 2020.
