Niš City Mayor together with her associates talked with fellow citizens who asked for help in solving their problems or the problems in the settlement where they lived. More than 90 fellow citizens came complaining about the problems with the legalization of buildings, communal and road infrastructure.

We, I and my associates, are here to listen to their problems. There are no small or big problems. Problems are problems and we as a team managed to solve more than 80 % of the requests of the citizens who came last time we organized the Open Day at Niš City Hall.

According to her the successful outcome of the meeting with the citizens is the result of accurate and comprehensive information about the situation in the field, which they present to us in conversation. Every day, a dozen of our fellow citizens visit the City Hall, and today’s Open Day is just one of most numerous. Thanks to our meetings and talks, some settlements have solved the road or communal infrastructure after 30, and even after 40 years of waiting, Dragana Sotirovski pointed out.
