By signing trilateral agreement on the allocation of non-refundable funds for the purchase of a house with the land in the village, the Antić family from Niš will permanently settle in the village of Donja Toponica and they will become farmers. The agreement is signed by the representatives of the local self-government, the Ministry for Village Development and the beneficiary. On behalf of the City of Niš, the contract was signed by Niš City Mayor Dragana Sotirovski. 352 families will return to villages throughout Serbia, on the basis of the Grant Program for the purchase of houses and land for 2021, and another 286 cases are being processed by the Ministry. In this way, the number of inhabitants in the villages increases, the average age decreases, a more favorable demographic structure of the population is obtained and the village is economically strengthened.
