The City of Niš has provided equipment for police officers of the Traffic Police Department, which would enable bigger, better and more efficient traffic control on the streets of Niš. Funds for the purchase of equipment, which was handed over to the Police Administration in Niš by the Assistant Mayor Vladislava Ivković, were provided from the program of the City of Niš Traffic Safety Council. The equipment was handed over to the Deputy Chief of the Police Administration in Nis, Bojan Djordjević and the Chief of the Traffic Police Department, Nenad Živković. The City of Niš, according to the Program of the Traffic Safety Council, planned a total of 95 million dinars in 2022, of which 13.5 million dinars will be allocated for the equipment of traffic police officers. Živković said that the obtained equipment would facilitate the work of traffic police officers, enable more controls and increase the level of traffic safety in Niš.
