I would like to extend my congratulations to my friends and our fellow citizens from the People’s Republic of China on the New Year with the wish to spend it with their families in joy and happiness. The friendship of our two peoples is unbreakable. A true friend is the one who is with when time of troubles comes as it is said in Serbian folk proverb. The contribution of your country and your experts in the most difficult times of the pandemic and the moments when the vaccine was not available anywhere except in China is invaluable. As permanent testimonies of the steel friendship of our countries, infrastructure facilities, roads and railways were built in Serbia, but also the laboratory Fire Eye and a Chinese factory in Niš, which will employ 1,000 workers from Niš and the surrounding area. Niš is also your home. As 2022 is marked by the Water Tiger, I wish you a new ascent and new life energy to make all your dreams come true. Happy New Year!
