Milos Milosevic was born in 1987. He completed elementary and secondary school in Nis. He graduated from the Faculty of Electronic Engineering in 2012 with the highest grade on the topic of “Managing Electric Boilers for Central Heating by Mobile Phones”.
He began his professional career in 2013 in the Company Jugoistok at the position of the maintenance and control of the measuring points. In March 2014 he started working in the Cabinet of the General Director of the Company Jugoistok as an associate and he achieved outstanding results in the department of debt collection and reduction of non-technical losses.
He was elected the Member of Nis City Council in July 2016 in charge of urban planning, land development and energy sector. His term of office as Nis City Council Member ended in June 2018. Since June 2018 until his appointment as Assistant Mayor he was employed at PE City Heating Plant Nis.
He was appointed the Assistant Mayor in November 2018 in charge of urban planning, land development and energy sector.
He is the member of Serbian Progressive Party.
He is married and the father of two children.
Goran Milosavljevic, MA in History, was born on August 10, 1987. He finished Grammar School Bora Stankovic in Nis. He enrolled in the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Nis in 2006, where he graduated in 2010. He completed his master studies at the same faculty in 2012, after which he enrolled in doctoral academic studies at the Faculty of Philology at Belgrade University.
During the studies, he was the President of the Student Union in three terms, the President of the Executive Committee of the Student Parliament, a member of the Council and the Teaching Scientific Council of the Faculty of Philosophy. At the University of Nis, he served as Vice President of the Student Union, Vice-President of the Student Parliament and a member of the University Council in two terms. He organized and participated in several scientific meetings, public debates, panels, interviews and guest appearances, as well as scientific discussions at the Faculty of Philosophy and the Faculty of Law at the University of Nis.
He completed the internship for acquiring the title of curator at the Nis National Museum in the period from 2011 to 2012. During that period he participated in the organization of several important exhibitions.
He was awarded the certificated by the Center for Free Elections and Democracy, Certificate of Kompas Communications, Certificate of the Student Union of Serbia and the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Serbia. He is certified trainer of National Democratic Institute.
He has been working in public utility company for joint billing in Nis since 2012 at the position of the spokesperson and in 2015 he was appointed the head of the department for data processing.
He was appointed Assistant Mayor in January 2019 in charge of economic and community development.
He speaks English and basic Spanish. He is married.
Marina Kostic, a graduate psychologist, was born on May 30th, 1979 in Jagodina. She graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Nis in 2003 with the academic degree in Marketing Psychology. She is completing her doctoral academic studies with the doctoral dissertation on the subject “Psychopathological Deviations, Stress and Time Perspectives in Criminal Offense Perpetrators”.
After short working experience as a school psychologist at the Elementary School Čegar in Nis she began her twelve-year work in local self-government in the City of Nis Administration for Children, Social and Primary Health Care in 2007, and gained experience in: Department for Primary Health Care Section, Department for Social Care and Department for Family. In the past seven years she was appointed the Head of the City of Nis Administration for Education (under the authority of the Mayor), i.e. the Secretary of the Secretariat for Education after the reorganization of the City Administration.
She has 25-year long experience working in television industry as a speaker, a reporter and an author on TV station K21 in Jagodina, RTS correspondence office – TV Station Antena in Jagodina, Radio and TV Station 5 and TV Station Zona Plus in Nis. She was the head presenter at the Nis Festival of Acting Performances in 2002, 2014 and 2015, at Nis International Choral Festival in 2014, the moderator of several conferences and the head presenter at dozen state events organized by the University, the City of Nis and the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
She was the president of the School Board of the Elementary School Car Konstantin in Nis (2010-2014) and the member of the School Board of the Elementary School Ucitelj Tasa in Nis (2014-2016).
She has been engaged in scientific research for 4 years at doctoral studies of psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Nis; she is the author of several published scientific papers in the above mentioned scientific field in the country and abroad.
She speaks fluent English and basic French. She is mother of one child.
