Administration for Agriculture and Rural Development is equipped with all necessary work tools (2 terrain vehicles, lap tops, presentation equipment etc.). Within the Administration the following working activities related to rural development of the city of Niš have been carried out:

  • Initiating and coordinating the elaboration of the City of Niš Rural Development Action Plan
  • Studying and analytical activities and work on researching and statistical processing in the field of rural development
  • Offering development and advisory services in the field of improvement of technical and technological, management and marketing abilities
  • Analysis of households (farms) business
  • Work out models of households economy monitoring
  • Offering expert services to households in specialization, production profitability raising, investment planning and market access
  • Assisting in or elaborating business plans for enabling households (farms) to access the investment funds
  • Performing study analytical and financial activities of the Fund for agricultural development of the City of Niš
  • Cooperating with different institutions for support agricultural development
  • Performing expert operative and administrative technical activities of the Fund and monitoring of the Fund Program and Project realization
